This program is designed for merchants who wish to adopt digital tools, technologies and services<\/strong>, expand their online sales and visibility, develop new markets or optimize their operations.<\/p>\n

To be eligible, businesses must be Quebec-based retailers<\/strong> with fewer than 100 employees<\/strong> and less than \u00a05 branches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program includes:\u00a0<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • 4 hours of business guidance with a business consultant\/trainer<\/li>\n
  • 10 hours of business guidance with a digital expert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The cost is $750<\/strong> (value of over $7,500; made possible by grants from the Quebec and Canadian governments).<\/p>\n

    2. Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP)\u00a0<\/h2>\n

    Program to help small customer-service businesses grow and implement their e-commerce strategies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Eligible businesses can receive a micro-grant of up to $2,400<\/strong> to alleviate costs associated with digital technology adoption.<\/p>\n
