Issaka Oumarou Harou, recruited in October 2023 on a maternity leave replacement contract, has recently been promoted Business Advisor with the SADC permanent team.
He holds a master’s degree in management from Université du Québec à Montréal and is passionate about helping businesses grow and develop.
Harou’s many years of experience as a business management and collective entrepreneurship consultant have given him an in-depth understanding of financial management, operations management, human resources management and growth strategies. He takes a keen interest in new trends in entrepreneurial guidance and strategic analysis in his continued effort to better support businesses.
